Make alignment concrete
A practical way to think about alignment is the relationship between what you value and what you do. Start with a value you can describe in plain language: honesty, presence, consistency, or care.
Look at an ordinary day
Where did your actions support that value today? Where was there a gap? Treat the gap as information. You are looking for a choice you can influence, not a reason to judge your whole life.
Try one adjustment
If you value presence, give one conversation your full attention. If you value consistency, choose a small promise you can realistically keep. Notice what that choice changed and what it didn’t.
